Why is pavlik vs taylor2 okay and mayweather vs oscar2 not??

oscar went into the fight with no prior fight and gave him a good fight, this time around it looks like mayweather is going to have the inactivity going into this fight

You are missing the point my little mutant friend. The Taylor/Pavlik is happening because Taylor was the undisputed middleweight champion of the world and that Pavlike loss was his first official loss. He was ranked top 10 p4p by everybody.

He deserves a rematch to avenge his one and only loss and Delahoya doesn't. Plain and simple english.....

I think Taylor would of lost respect if he didn't fufill the rematch clause. Good point raised earlier on about which fight you would watch if they were on the same night, I think I am among the majority who would prefer to watch taylor pavlik live over may dlh.

Taylor vs Pavlik 2 or 3 or even 4 will always be better because they will actually fight each other.

No one wants to see the so called best boxer in the history of the world claim he is going to deystroy and old has been and when they get in the ring he runs away all night.
