Floyd didn't start his career at 140 & 147 did he numbnuts?
But he wasn't considered one of the best until around 03 and 04. He was just starting his career in the 90's. How the hell could that be his era? He only had 2 notable fights in the 90's(Manfredy and Hernandez). He had beaten a bunch of nobodies before then. The 90's was Roy's era for the most part.

Floyd's best victories and most significant fights occurred in the 2000's.

If you ask me, this is a ****** ass question.

Mayweather might potentially become the bigger Junior if he dominates the WW division. There's so much talent in there right now, if Mayweather can beat them all he could be one of the greatest of all time.

Right now it goes to Hector... Roy Jones Jr because we've seen it all. Competition could've been better but he beat who he beat and looked damn good doing it.

Who knows, Mayweather might lose his next 20 fights and end up looking like a bum.

Wow, this shoud be a land slide in Roy's Favor. I'm a bit surprised. Mayweather, tho superb in every aspect of boxing (Offence, Defence, Ring Gernalship, Movement, Footwork, Power, etc) He NEVER dominated his fighters the way Roy did every signle fight. No one he fought had the style to make it a close fight except for Griffin.(He was behind on the score cards before the DQ) Every other fighter that stepped up got embarassed badly. Not only was Roy better, he produced EXCITING fights. never ever a question of a fight being boring.
