      Should it be a surprise though you picked Oscar by far?

      Sure Hatton, Hernandez, Corrales, Castillo, Delahoya, Judah, Chavez dont count for **** right?

        if we take the fanboy wins of off Mayweathers career (gatti, Baldomir, judah) what does he have left at welter and above?

          Vargas= Shattered by Trinidad

          So Mayweather shouldn't get credit for DLH?

            Chavez had also been in almost a hundred fights and had recently lost to Frankie Randall. It should still count but it's not much, not as big as the DLH win for Mayweather.

                Chavez had some 105 fights including the war with Taylor.

                  Chavez had like 100 fights and was pretty much washed up. Oscar would've never stopped a prime Chavez.

                    Most of Chavez' fights were the equivalent of an amatuer background, the same as his son is doing. I'll guarantee you one thing, without looking, Chavez was a hell of a lot more active leading up to the DLH fight then DLH was leading up to Mayweather.

                      I really don't give Floyd much credit for beating Oscar....not just because of where Oscar was at that point, but because he should have beaten him more convincingly than he did. Oscar always had trouble with speedy boxers, & Floyd should have done more in there.

                      That aside, do not compare where Chavez was to Oscar...Chavez had way more fights, a more taxing style, & also came into that first fight with his eyebrow already cut.
