He was constantly ducked by EVERYONE. So you're right, but you seem to not know the reason why. Read ANY reputable report on him and it'll tell you the same. He was constantly ducked.

He has an animal. I think he COULD beat Mayweather. Regardless, that's not in question. Someone said that Mayweather was the BEST JR. WELTER of all time. He essentially accomplished very little there, especially compared to those two. Has nothing to do with who could beat who.

Robinson was the best fighter of all time (in my opinion). He fought at light heavyweight once, doesn't make him able to beat everyone who has fought at 175. It's about accomplishments in an argument like this.

Was he bigger than Trinidad, Mosley, Hopkins or Sturm?

He was bigger than Mosley, and everyone pre-147.

I disagree with the Mosley comment. In terms of moving up. it's not like he spent his career in the lower weights, PURPOSELY. It's what every fighter does.

Williams is doing it now. Pacman is doing it now. Cotto is doing it. That's why it becomes difficult to make weight for nearly 90% of the boxers I hear about.

But of course, he's De La Hoya, so it makes it worse.

No matter how that fight turned out, Oscar loss to sweat pea. His flurries just drew a reaction from the crowd which won the rounds. Its laughable for the simple fact that he was not landing any of those. Just ask sweat pea. LOL

lots of guys do it, but very few guys nowadays fight guys moving up in weight as often as DLH.

Mosley is back @ 147. dlh won't go back down to 147, he can't make the weight.

Pernal Whitiker said he is losing the fight, during the Delahoya fight, so i'll belive what Whitiker said.

And funny how Whitiker didn't fight with Delahoya but he mans up and fights Trinidad, funny how that is. Meaning he was back pedaling with Delahoya but against Trinidad he came forward.

the whitaker-dlh fight was extremely close.

dlh fought whitaker better than anyone up to that point besides rivera in the first fight.

if you believe what whitaker said, then you will believe that he won the fight because he even said that he was dictating the pace and Oscar was fighting his fight. Its laughable how you made that up. watch the post fight interview
