Why is Floyd's fanbase so small?

no that isnt it at all, arrogance has never produced large fanbases, i have brought this up many times, that a guy like Rocky Graziano had more popularity than ray robinson at the time because of the fact that people related to him, during ray robinsons prime he was unbeatable and was arrogant, people couldnt relate to it. Because the majority of you havent been following floyds entire career, you dont know that he didnt always downtalk his opponents, his dad used to do it more than he did. Regardless, floyd didnt have that hype behind him because he wasnt the kind of fighter people related to. People dont relate to perfection, majority hated Ali also, for the same reasons, he rubbed it in your face and looked so beautiful in his wins.
I think you are just assuming PBF's majority fanbase is a bunch of young people and that isnt true, majority of his fans are black period, young or not, black people love him, because we have always liked/related to fighters like PBF, the style/manner he carries himself in the ring is how the majority of the best black fighters have fought, weather its Jones Jr, Ali, or Whitaker. When everyone else was hating these guys, blacks rallied around them.

Im a fan because of what Floyd has accomplished. If someone buys a fight to watch Floyd lose, that doesn't make them a fan. Because that person will not support Floyd, and thats what a fan does, support. If I was a fighter, I would HATE if more people tuned into to see me lose than to support me. I'm sure that is what haunts Floyd the most.

Wow. there is no getting through to you. Why do you care about HIS money so much? We as fans do not see ONE cent of that. The only thing we gain from fighters is the experience of watching them perform at the highest level. That is something WE can own. It is something WE can cherish but all you do is talk about how rich Floyd is and why he shouldnt fight this fighter or why he SHOULD fight that fighter because of the money he can get or cant. What you should be concerned about his getting to experience more of what he can do. Getting to see MORE of what he can do, but "fans" like you only care about the lifestyle and his personal life as if you were blood or on his payroll. What has happened in your life to cause you to be like this? An abscent father figure? A boring suburbanite life? You're life must be very uneventful and meaningless to bask and gloat about a life that is not yours.
