People are impressed with Floyd's 0, but Roy didn't really lose until he was 35 and had come back down from heavyweight (let's see Floyd go back to 130 and fight Pacquiao in a couple years.)
    Exactly!!

Roy did what no other fighter had done for over 100 years.

and he looked good doing it.

It's a fantsay fight, I don't who would've won. I can tell you Baldy would've knocked out Ray Robinson and you or anyone else could never prove me wrong.

        Baldy KO 3 Robinson

It isn't fair for me to compare Pernell and RJJ - who i saw fight their ENTIRE careers - to Marciano who I saw parts of fights.

I have seen 30 Mayweather fights. Is it fair for me to compare him to Barney Ross?

I prefer to compare guys of common eras.
A lot of what I base it on is resumes and accomplishments. So film footage is only part of it, although I must say it does help. I'll delve into that a bit deeper if you'd like.

I could tell you Spadafora would've schooled Mayweather and you could never prove me wrong.

(like some haters do) With that being said, if he fights Cotto and somehow beat him then its a lock for the top 20 for sure.
i mean im not a hater just a realist.it would've been nice to see him unify a weight division and fight kostya that would have made his legacy clearer.

Before 1984.. being a Mulitweigth Champ was worth something.. There were ONLY 8 Divisions..

1984 the IBF was the final alpahbet group to adopt the new format The WBA having done 2 years earlier.. and the WBC having done so in 1979... Though out the 80's more divisions were created to the bloated amount of 17 divisions we have today...

A 5 or 6 weight champ today.. isn't worth what it was worth historically..

And should not be given the same sway.. when judging the Multiweight champs of the past 25-30 years..
