It's a good point -- PBF talking about Cotto at length. Over the last few years, he's only talked about potential opponents at length, everyone else he just says "Who is ________? Who has he beaten?" He did that about Margarito and Paul Williams. He is not doing that with Cotto, just like he didn't with Hatton.

Or...I would up the ante for DLH to face Cotto. I would make it an irrestible payday for DLH, he would make it happen on May 3, then they could build the promotion with Mayweather in store for the winner. They could even bill it as Mayweather telling Cotto, "To get to me, you have to get past him first." That would be a good promotion, pro wrestling style.Comment

EVERY POST THAT YOU PUT UP, YOU ARE HATING...you have MAJOR ISSUES!! You can be a boxing fan, and that is fine. But I read your posts and what I see is you coming up with a MILLION and one reasons, how Floyd ducks this person, that person. You talk about how he doesn't fight this person or that person. So, by reading the posts that you have, I asked myself, "He must have a personal vendetta against Floyd". I mean right after the Hatton fight, you wanted him to fight Cotto that next tuesday! CALM DOWN! And you calling me a depressed hugger, means nothing, that's old, I've heard it. By no means am I depressed sir, my favorite fighter ain't lost before. I got air in my lungs, all my digits and limps work, so I'm doing good!
If you want to discuss the "real" reason why you think Cotto will beat May, then let's do that, but you take every comment that people make and twist it, the way you want it. I love the sport, I been around it since I was 2, so I know what I'm talking about. Rather you think so or not. So if you want to analyze (facts based comments, not speculation) this fight, then let's do it! But fall back on your hating, the dude (Mayweather) is the best boxer that you ever seen, no matter how much you wanna hate!

It always the same **** with you people. PBF is always scared to face somebody. Some people even said he was scared of Hatton and he KO'ed Hatton. Now the new name that just got picked out of the hat is Cotto. I know some people have been screaming Cotto's name for a while just like Williams but it seems whoever has the best chance of getting a fight with PBF is the guy whos bandwagon gets jumped on. Right now that guy and bandwagon is Cotto.
I have a new respect for Cotto with the things he showed against Mosley. I didn't think he had some of those tools. But don't be fooled Mosley has never been better than PBF. Mosley has always had more power but as far boxing skills, ring smarts, in fight adjustments and defense PBF has always had that over Mosley. Beating Mosley gave Cotto more confidence in how a fight with PBF would play out. Cotto must realize that Mosley and PBF are 2 different fighter when it comes to skills, mentality and stlye.
I think this fight is better than what it would have been a few years ago or even last year but I don't think Cotto beats PBF. PBF beats Cotto in a good fight but a very clear win for PBF.Comment
