You were not impressed by him avoiding getting KO'd by Louise "The Killer" Collazo?

You don't think that a man who admits to being 154 on fight night should be fighting at JWW?

You think that maybe, just maybe, he is hiding at a lower weight?
Vladimere's posts are so ******ly biased that they rarely deserve responding to. But, this one by Dios is off the scale. It's an "eleven". lol And by the way, Collazo just took Mosely 12 rounds, although it wasn't a close decision. Still, he's pretty resilient. Mosely v. Collazo-UD Mosely. Hatton v. Collazo-UD Hatton. Dios, sometimes I think you've only seen the clips of the last two rounds of that fight. Is that true?

Boxers in every single division are doing these things it is not a trend which is restricted to Ricky Hatton.

collazo 'took' mosely 12 rounds or got schooled by mosely over 12 rounds? hatton was clueless from the halfway mark onwards, did u hear billy graham pleading with hatton to hold on between rounds?

Vlad. Don't focus on Rickys weight.

Ricky wanted to live his life AND be a champion...and he has done this.

So what if is career is going to be ended prematurely. He's already built his legacy and won a place in the sporting history and hearts of the British public.

I sincerlely believe that Hatton never was created or set out to be a champion of the size he is today. He wasn't brought up to be a champion like PBF was. I really do believe that the Tszyu fight was supposed to be his first and final big career pay day. Amazingly, Hatton won - and he's kept going , far exceeding what was expected of him.

Hatton is going to retire with his mind and his bank balance in tact as well as a place in British sporting history. Which is more than most champs have got.

As for the thread - yes. I think Hatton is definately MORE than just a body snatching brawler.

The entire second half of that fight was an unwatchable clutchfest. But I'm willing to be proven wrong - which rounds should I post?

Actually, in the lower-middle divisions, Hatton is one of the few guys who has not progressed through weight classes.
