The truth is that Hatton with his natural frame should be fighting at middleweight in order to live a healthy life without having to drain himself during every Training Camp. The reality is that he won't because he knows that with his size and his fighting style he would get his ass tore up by a mediocre fighter.

Tyson for example at 5'11 was a very small heavyweight but his natural frame was meant for the heavyweight division. Luckly for him he developed a style and had the power to go along with it to be very effective against much much bigger guys. Hatton at 5'6 is stuck at 140lb. Once he starts having trouble making that weight, playtime is over for the Hitman.

If he was really smart he would be a gym rat to maximize his chances of staying at that weight and becoming a great jr.welterweight the way Calzaghe is a great Super-middleweight of his time BUT not.

yeah it's not nice to think that hatton may be even better if he didnt go fat. he's rich enough now to do what he wants i guess so it doesn't matter. he trains hard and i guess being fat is some way of measuriung hwo hard he is training. who knows, but he atleast aint too fat right now.

I disagree. Hatton can Box with his natural ability and do quite well as he demonstrated against Urango. He's capable of adjustments.
