And he still was a master technician when Pacquiao beat him both times. He was just an old master technician. Barrera showed how tactical he was against Hamed. Years before the Juarez fights.

Whenever I have said that Barrera was old... I was just joking. I really thought that dude had a chance, because I thought he looked great against Marquez.

Same deal with Floyd too though... Oscar was a good test for Floyd until he lost. Then he became ancient.

Baldomir was the hype of the week back before Floyd fought him, and now he is just a bum.

Revisionists are hard at work making all of this happen.

In honesty, both The Bringer and I bet on Barrera to win (only boxingscene points though).

I said 144 as the catchweight, so they could skip the drying out process... lord Jesus, how many times are you going to make me type drying out process? Whatever, 137 would be a decent catchweight. I don't care... they will end up the same on fight night regardless.

Margarito also tried to bait Wright and backed out.

He looked amazing against Marquez, and I know that all great Champions have one great fight left in them. I just didn't stop to think that maybe Marquez was that last great fight.
