Why? He's the bigger star of the two. He's ranked above Pacquiao as p4p #1. He's undefeated. He's the conqurer of 5 different weight divisions. If anything Pac needs to come to him, it's only 3lbs to Welterweight anyway. When Pac becomes man enough to gain 3lbs Floyd will have no problems taxing that ass for 12 orunds.
