We only say that because Floyd weighs in very close to the same as Pacquiao on their respective fight nights. A fight between those two wouldn't have one fighter holding a significant size advantage over the other.

Right now, Pacquiao weighs 4 pounds less, and is 1 1/2 inches shorter than Mayweather on fight night. Is that a giant gap in their sizes or not?

Certainly fighters have won fighting from bigger size disadvantages I think.
