Peter got hurt by punches that didn't seem to land all that flush. I can't even imagine what Wlad will do to him if they ever fight again.

he got buzzed in the 2nd round and then buzzed again in the 3rd by uppercuts, but that uppercut isnt what sent him down.

He seemed to be hurt but what really sent him down and hurt him TREMENDOUSLY was the overhand right that he never even saw coming.

THATS why he was hurt so badly.

Mccline landed dozens more uppercuts and short left hands that didnt even buzz Peter.

I still think he has a great chin and showed it in that fight and in tons of fights before it

oh, and klitschko doesnt even have an uppercut...

McCline was phukin robbed. Some people here don't know how to score knockdowns. McCline knocked Peter down three times, twice in the third round and once in the second.

2nd round - 10-8 Mccline
3rd round - 10-7 McCline
6th round - 10-9 McCline
8th round - 10-9 McCline

He won by 2 rounds whether you like it or not. Peter got exposed tonight, but he obviously didn't prepare well, well thats what it looked like.

Yeah but Wlad was able to recover and improve himself to be the #1 in division. I don't see that from Peter

I don't know about his chin being overrated.

How is it overrated if he ate flush punches from Wladimir Klitschko and didn't go down? I've noticed that pro fighters tend to just respond differently at times.

All I know is......two things came into play in this fight.

1. That was obviously the best Mcline since the fight against Grant.

2. Peter had the layoff and supposed injury.

Mcline fought a tough fight, and he's no idiot. He did the same thing against Grant right after Lewis beat him. He blueprinted the knockout........ran across the ring in the first round and knocked Grant down with 1 punch and broke foot in the process when he fell really awkward.

Regardless Mcline followed Klitchko's blueprint on how to use the size advantage to make the fight competitive. Most of the time, Mcline spent jabbing on the outside (however ineffective it was) but eventually that set up the right hands and uppercuts.

WLad sat DOWN on ONE punch the whole FIGHT and It had Peter on ***** street.. RWK.. I luv ya man.. But this silly obession with Sam Peter alarms me.. He is a Crude clubber.. who's power and chin are WAY over-rated..

That was all bad for the division. McCline isn't really going to do much in the division and Peter was the rising star. Man i'm wishin he comes back with a vengeance in his next fight with Maskaev

If you were smart you would big up Samuel Peter like he was the next Joe Frazier. The Peter win is the only reason why Wladimir's career is ressurected. The ONLY reason.

Chin, that one I could understand but stamina? I think that he is rather good with that now. BTW, he fought McCline(although it was more like a beating) and ko'd him in 10. That was before the Sanders fight too.
