Who's A More Complete Fighter Pernell or Floyd?

In your opinion who do you believe is a more complete boxer, Floyd Mayweather Jr or Pernell "Sweet Pea" Whitaker? I'm not asking who fought the better competition or who has the better resume. Just who brings it all together the best as a whole.

i have only watched the whitaker-mayweather fight and was impressed with his movement and power...

basing on that fight, i will give it to pernell since he is also good fighting toe-to-toe... he is an inside-outside guy while floyd is mostly a pick-you-apart-from-afar kind of guy...
