by the same token his core fan base rarely ever acknowledge criticisms against floyd that might have some merit.No if you criticize floyd "youre not a true boxing fan" It gets annoying. For me personally Its hard to truly enjoy floyds fights, hes awesome when he shines like he did against Judah and like he did against DLH in spots...its just not that often I can really root for floyd.

Maybe I'm just a wierd person but I enjoy watching Floyd fight... Enjoy watching Winky as well... Winky's no "crowd pleaser" either...

IMO, fighters are judged not only by who they have beaten, but the manner in which they won fights. Why take risks in a fight? Well, why the hell not? Floyd had the skills, speed, and stamina to put a huge beat down on DLH but instead, choose to fight the 'easy' fight. He couldn't came out of this fight looking like a true champion and fan pleaser but he's got no character and is an "arogant ****" to quote Anorak. Plus, Mayweather talked smack about how this fight would be a 'massacre' when infact he did the furthest thing from masscreing DLH. IMO, just a big dissappointment...

dude he won 9-3 that pretty dominating. And you should be mad Oscar for not being able to make him fight harder. Your way of thinking is what got Carmelo Anthony suspended for so many games. You way of thinking is why a lot great players get injured in pre season. Now if the Pistons kept all their starters out on the floor while they were balsting the Bulls and Chauncey got hurt, everyone on sportscenter and Barkley and Jet will be saying how ****** was that. If Floyd took some risk after he was clearly winning and got Ko, now how ****** would that had been. Point is if you want Floyd to fight harder, then tell his opponents to make him fight hard.

Its true and you could definitely see oscars size in the ring, but its also true that oscar has been a promoter first and a fighter second,for sometime.And I think most people can acknowledge that, but then floyd will turn around and say "you saw what I did to one of the best fighters of this era" Come on now, Im willing to give credit, but when someones bull****ting you have to call it too.
