Top 50 now. If he comes back and beat several more young undefeated opponents (ie. Hatton, Cotto) and maybe some other polished vets (Mosley, Margarito etc.) I could have him in the top 25.

Only if he fights ands beats: Mosley, Cotto, Berto, clottey etc. You can't build a legacy on whoopin BS fighters and collecting belts. Floyd is skilled...but his style is boring...nervous.

so do u think that mosley, cotto, berto clottey are all higher in ratings as great boxers than floyd? lol

He has beaten decent fighters but nothing jaw dropping. Where is DLH rated? I would rate them rather close. If PBF can beat some fighters who are doing great things at this moment in time, he can go ahead of the likes of DLH.
Top 50 now seems fair to me. There has been a lot of great boxers in its history who have beaten better people than PBFs has beaten. And im not even going to look into the weights thing. Its who you beat at the end of the day.

I don't see how anyone could vote for options 1,2 or 7

                      I'd say skill wise he's top 20
