I agree. Brewster had quite a string of victories before Lyakhovich, mostly by KO or TKO, over capable opponents like Wlad, Golata and Krasniqi. If he would have been in better shape he would have KOed Lyakhovich too. IMO a lot of people underrate Lamon, because of the Lyakhovich fight.

          Except with Point 5

Sam Peter is a ****ing Bum.. who is way overated for beating a 5'9'' fat middle weight with zero power who was also way overated and ranked way too high for his heavyweight acheivments(hello Don King)
The guy is a serious ****ing chump...
Well he got 3 knockdowns when he fought Wladimir Klistchko. He can't be that bad. He has improved dramatically. You can't deny he has incredable punching power. He has improved a lot and in his last fight showed very good handspeed and was actually up on his toes a bit. It would be one thing if he just smacked Toney in the back of the head and got a knockout. He OUTBOXED James Toney.

There are some good heavyweights. These guys just need to fight eachother. I think the last time there has been a fight with multiple belts on the line was Lewis - Holyfield.

It's going to be hard for the xenophobes to swallow the Euro influx and the complicated last names, but hell fifty years ago it took a lot for whitey to accecpt a similar influx of black athletes. HW is now again THE division in boxing. Peter, Chagaev, and Povetkin will make things interesting in the next three years.

Welter I'm sorry but Sam Peter is going to be tough for anyone to beat. Vitali might edge him but I expect Peter to split his career series with Wlad. And I expect those two to keep fighting for the next 6-7 years.

No, we don't. We need good fighters no matter where they come from. Grow up.

I actually Like Sam Peter.. But the guy wont be able to BOX against a Guy like Rahman, Either Kilts.. or even Maskaev... He dont have the Reach to play JAB JAB with these guys.. and They would have the power to hurt him if he tries.. SO its back to clubbing and hoping for the home run... Sam Peter is what he is... beating up a washed up middle weight cant change that..
OK Peter is going to destroy Maskaev. I don't know if by boxing or by blowing his head off. Peter would beat Rahman easily as well.

I agree that Peter will destroy Maskaev, he would kill Rahman just as well. Could he beat a rugged boxer like Chagaev or a taller boxer like Povetkin? Those are challenges. I think he can but hopefully we'll get to see for real.

Povetkin is 6.1 and he is a smallish heavyweight.
