Tyson hit just about as hard if not quite as hard as Foreman and Shavers but the thing is Tyson did it with rapid speed and in flurrys!

foreman's heavy hands were amazing on the heavy bag. he'd put a dent in it the size of a watermelon. were talking a 150 lb heavy bag. of course tyson was a much sharper snappier puncher,,,but wasnt nearly as powerful a puncher as foreman

only a 150 pound punching bag? Wow, I'm not a big dude and I smack around a 100 pound punching bag with ease... and these pros only work with punching bags that weigh less then their opponents? I don't understand that at all
