Nor did i ever say he was...

But i think we can all agree that Cotto is a harder body puncher than Urango.

Ive only seen Urango - Hatton once, and i wondered why Urango stopped the body attack after he had such obvious success with it?

It took alot out of Hatton, his stamina really suffered in the last few rounds.
Im sure Castillo and Cotto will target Hattons body. It will be interesting.

It took loads out of him. Why did he stop? I think that Hatton's resugance in the sixth could have had something to do with it, he sunk in some particularly brutal body punches against Urango then.

Don't forget, people, Ricky is no slouch to the body either!

if cotto repeatedly targets hattons body he will get bust up in the face and
when those hands inevitably go up he will get stung with hattons own brutal
bodyshots.i also expect hatton to hit alot on the clinch and altho cotto will
try to do the same. i fear he will get caught pulling out and may even get put
down in the later stages. i think cotto will be the one with stamina problems
too as he wont like the hard pace that hatton will bring...if people just want
to look at the urango fight then we should all just look at the corley fight or
the torres fight in which cotto was hurt bad, far worse than hatton was hurt
          against urango.

lets not get carried away, cotto hasnt beaten world opposition yet and in all
fairness neither has hatton. when they meet its gonna be explosive, lets just
hope neither guy is coming off a loss, especiallly a ko loss. hatton late ko win

I can't believe how scared Hatton's people are of Cotto. Only take this fight at 140 where they know Cotto cant make weight and also know there's nothing on that weight for them if they get pass Castillo. Hatton should step the *** up like a man and fight him at 47. No point on beating a weight drained Cotto or imagine getting stopped by him at 40.

Yep i agree if Hatton wants Cotto he should step up to 147. But is Hatton- Cotto going to be after Hatton-Castillo? But if Cotto wants to know how good Hatton is and thinks he can mix with Hatton maybe Cotto should be prepared to step down to 140. At least there should be discussions.
But i dont think Hatton is any more scared of Cotto than Cotto is of Hatton. They just have to look after their best interests.

Hatton needs to focus on Castillio, thats it.

So far there doesn't seem to be any solid negotiation for a Hatton - Cotto fight, so Hatton is fully focussed on Castillo. THis is his dream fight, against a highly regarded Mexican in Vegas. Sure he is looking to go on to fight the best of his peers and this means Cotto and Mayweather but I'm pretty sure he isn't looking past Castillo as he looked past Urango.

i cant believe that you think it only cuts one way.
hatton has shown the extra weight isnt beneficial for him the same as less isnt good for cotto, idiot
