New Found Respect for Marquez?

You lost me with this post. I don't see any featherweight that fights like Marquez.

lots of featherweights stand there and slug it out. marquez throws and sets up better than any other featherweight, however he can do that on the move, which he didint do tonight, which is why im dissapointed. he was getting hit the same left hands that left him on the canvas 3 times against pacman, Jandaeng landed the same punches on him, this is why im not impressed.

I just prefer the boring JMM, this new style doesnt do it for me, hes looking just like half of the other fighters at featherweight, that **** doesnt impress me. What he was doing before is what i liked before and what won me over as a fan of his.

This is not his new style, he's done this before, he wants to impress the fans more with his last 2 fights, because fans loves to see brawls!

I also love the "boring" Marquez, although i dont find him boring at all, i really think he fought like this because he wanted to impress the croud, and specially cause Erik lost to that dog eater.

I know what your trying to say, but don't worry. Pacquiao is going to be the aggressor if they fight again, and Marquez will be able to do what hes best at without having to be boring. People act as if Marquez is going to come right at Pacquiao or some dumb ****.

He's not a good brawler as attested by his face. He may win over fans with his change of style, but when he fights Pac again and switches back to his counterpunching mode, the brawls could take their toll and he may get ko'd this time for good.

Including the headbutt. He gets hit and butted a lot given his new style because he's not used to brawling. Never will be at his age.
