I'm not sure what you mean by, "What is the PDF." But yea, the one with the "Sporting Affairs" was the one that had that racist article in "black dialect." It was just blatantly racist trash.
Give me the source for the newspaper article posted above the one labeled '"Sporting Affairs."

The one above - it begins saying it is from San Francisco- that one ?

What date - newspaper mast - city?

    Thanks

Prime for prime, head to head, I choose Johnson. Pound for Pound, I'm choosing Langford.

Jesus Christ man. Do you really need 3 sources for it? Ok. I'll track it down for you.

No not three just that one - I'm confident that is the original story but want to see - why in God's name did you create this extensive archive and not record all the citations to the sources?

Reading your posts is like trying to do research in a medieval library - that's not a good thing.

They once found a monastery where the monks saw fit to catalog a couple of thousand documents based the the document's first word.

I'm curious how is this all stored/cataloged on your computer if it doesn't have a citation attached?

I don't really have a need for articles about the snow in Vermont. So I screencap the relevant article. Sometimes I save the picture with the newspaper name and date, or sometimes the topic. Sometimes I save the entire full page, but I wouldn't upload that here because it'd just be a waste of space.

I mean I could just quote the text and give the newspaper name and date from now on if that's easier, like some other guys do. I thought it's better to actually show the article physically.

Anyway, in case you missed it, I posted it right above your last message.

Langford would win. Far better offensive skills, much more power, nearly impossible in his time to be put out for the court, and flat out bet better competition while Johnson was champion.

There is a reason Johnson never acceptd this fight, and once pulled out of this fight to meet him in 1909. 1909 was Johnson prime, only to see him get out boxed by Jack O'Brien, TKO'd in a 4 round exciting match by a green but formidable Gunboat Smith, and floored and hurt by Ketchel.

By the way....how many times did Johnson agree to fight Langford? And who called off his fight against Jeannette? .

                      Stop trying.

Stop trying. Johnson turned down these fights and didn't fight ONE of them as champion. Hmmmm..... Maybe he'd risk his belt milking title.

I can't make Clay appear, but if he does you won't have a leg to stand one. It's clear Johnson is some sort of symbol to you.
