Mayweather probably doesn't. If he cared about legacy, he'd fight Pacquiao again, no roadblocks, no bs this time, then take out a prime Canelo.

Oh, but wouldn't it be something to hear the excuses flying from MW's frantic chops? To see him beat up and mault would exceed all expectations. I would love to see the diminutive pino slap him back to 50-1. Whatever it takes to squash the Michiganer's silly chatter.

Mayweather has become a carnival act and there's way too much money in it not to.

His fans seem more concern with his legacy than he does. - He isn't close to the end of his willingness to whore himself.

He has abandoned prize fighting and is in route to becoming a millennial youtube meme. A whole new generation may never know him except as a freak act.

You would think that fans of boxers who engaged in Vaudeville, sometimes even while they were active...and for years....more than they were fighting, wouldn't be so critical.

You know what they really need to tap into to make gigabucks? Politics. Political polarisation is at max in America, get, I don't know, Donald Trump Jr. vs Beto o' Rourke or something like that on, pit left v right and sell it on PPV. You could probably make hundreds of millions of dollars.

As I read your first sentence I thought you were about to run Mayweather for Congress.

The Senator from the great State of Michigan vs the Senator from Luzon. They both seem to have what it takes to be a congressman, they can take damn near forever to get anything done.

He's already known as a freak show outside of the ring. Him and his family are one big train wreck. In the news for all the wrong reasons. What's even more insane is that his fans think that any current or future win by Manny or Canelo somehow elevates Floyd, as if he too fought their opponents. It's a very strange cult. Basically a bunch of mouth-breathers who think just like him and are living through him vicariously.

Why should we chase boxers to make the best matchups when freaks are making matches of interest on their own and the potential is unlimited?

Like Scopey says, some bouts exploiting polarization would probably blow the charts away.

******s may flock to boxing once they are denied entry into other sports. We welcome all ******s, especially the faqqot ones.

Don't be surprised if the next female boxing champ is a dude who identifies as a woman. At the rate Floyd is going, he may just throw on a wig and a sports bra and put on another freak show, finally achieve that undisputed status as a "woman".
