Is that the same punch? That looks like a still photo. That punch isn't rupturing anyone's testicles! It looks slightly below the belt, the kind of punch you receive a caution for, not even a warning.

I'd say below the belt not on it. The distance between the belt and balls ain't too large. I can see this being a warning and a needed rest but not a fight stopper.
