This is a hard one to call: Duran was controlled fury, passion, intensity...he wanted to pull your heart out and eat it! Robinson was the boxer Apollo...ordered, technically perfect, precise and like a cold blooded shark tasting blood. Two different drivers, motivators here.

I have no problem giving it to Duran...this was his best weight.
Duran at his lightweight best was elusive while moving in. He blended offense and defense as good as anyone. Also a highly advanced inside fighter. It's impossible to say. Robinson was so talented with a huge advantage.
I would lay off this one.

Duran would have fought George Foreman if his manager told him to. His team might have given Buchanon the brush off.
