I never said ignored - I say evaluated and considered. Not to be simply taken at face value.

But I have said this same thing over and over you all just don't want to hear it because it doesn't fit your agenda.

There are numerous sources that all say the same thing.

Then there's just you who doesn't like what they say, and would rather believe whatever suits your own agenda.

I think that accurately describes this discussion.

          I don't know.

But it seems to require the willful setting aside of numerous historical sources. That should probably be a warning light that maybe your agenda (whatever it may be) isn't standing on firm, logical footing.

As to the weather in Cuba,I was in Havana the first week in April a few years ago,the same time as the Johnson v Willard fight took place,
Its not just the temperature, its the humidity .
I was in shorts and aT shirt just ambling about,I was showering3 or 4 times a day and changing my clothes,

Johnson and Willard were in the ring for over 2 hours.Willard stated ,"it was hotter than hell in there "Ill take his word for it.

An automatic knee jerk reaction to any sources presented ,meanwhile adding nothing to the existing dialogue, apart from a lot of pedantry.

It's akin to a Pavlovian reflex.Petty,Pointless ,Pedantic, and Puerile.

Correct again. So I'll tell you my agenda.

I have no agenda except to challenge people who think they know the right answer to the human enigma called history.

I read every source, you guys post, I listen to every argument made. I just don't commit to anything because this isn't math class, there are no right answers, ever.

Why can't we debate this without posters having to say "I'm right and your wrong"? Why do people actually get angry when someone disagrees with them.

"So what is history, but lies agreed upon."

Why do you waste you emotional energy caring what I think?

Hot and humid is the worst. Makes you wonder if Johnson could have won that fight had it been held somewhere better suited.

Could have changed the course of boxing history.

I didn't just hear you say it was over 100 degrees, now did I. If you are bent on criticism why not critique what I actually said, not one of your way too many distracting statements.

Always dancing around the reality of what is said, always bent on being right.
