--- Dempsey beat big strong guys because he was very quick and dynamic with extraordinary power.

Rocky a plodder with stamina ain't beating most of Dempsey and Louis big boys. Btw, the steroid era started when weightlifting took off in the 50s. Boxers were seldom involved in traditional weightlifting until the 90s, and certainly not all of them.

Most fans are really too ****** to know the first thing about PEDs, but if you want to go there, I can't be held responsible for making monkeys out of you.

When I first joined many years back, some slimy kid accused me of using Viagra when it was his generation using Viagra as a party drug. He now writes for Ring if you want to contemplate the low standing of journalists today...Yupsir, the way it was and still is

How can I forget about the legendary Ossie Ocasio ?
      He would have beat Rocky.

Completely disagree. Marciano was a bum. David Haye would spark him out cold in under 2 rounds and Haye is a fùcking poser. His best names were blown up and old middleweights and over the hill last fight before retirement names from the division.

The guy was pro 9 years for fùcks sake. I know Am's fighters that would punch his nose into his brain.

Look at his tech, it sucks shít. All he had was a right hand and if he was wearing todays gloves he wouldnt knock anybody out.

Hard to imagine those amateurs you know and what they would do to the likes of Joe Louis, Ezzard Charles, Joe Walcott and Archie Moore.

My man, I know you're from New England --- I've seen you say that in a post. Don't suck the mans **** because he lived 30 minutes from you, it's a bad look. Look at the facts, here let me help you.

Archie Moore started as a welterweight lmao and by the time he fought Marciano he had fought 176 professional fights. You’re going to sit there and tell me this is a threat of an opponent? Moore was 39 and had been a pro for 20 fùcking years man!!! Moore was done, /end.

Charles started out as a middleweight and was on a losing streak by the time he fought Marciano. He lost to a 22-8-3 fighter less than a year before fighting Rocky and as a matter of fact lost 2x out of 8 fights in 53’, he fought Marciano in 54’. Charles had fought 96 professional fights at that point and retired not long after. Fought Rocky at 33 and 14 years being a pro. We know as fact that a pro career if you start at 18 goes 14-16 years if you’re lucky. Prime ends at 32-34 (14-16 years pro). Safe to say Charles was out of his prime and weigh out of his class if you catch my drift.

Walcott, another middleweight blown up to heavyweight and had fought 70 professional bouts. Marciano was his last fight before retiring at 39. Man, he was a threat at his weakest eh? So much in fact, that he made Rocky retire because Rocky got exposed after being a pro for a lowly 9 years.

And finally my man Joe Louis who fought Marciano for his (Louis’) last fight. 37 years old and 17 years pro with 71 fights. Don Knotts could have beaten Joe at that point.

So after all of that said, you really really think Marciano was the real deal?

Not even that, after accumalting a wealth of Boxing knowledge over the years you really think he was anything but positioned shít? His punches ****** and his team (the mod probably) lured old men in to knock them out. Marciano was a coward and a disgrace to New England.

He was like 185. Roy Jones would beat his ass head to head. Spinks. Holyfield.

A lot of guys beat his ass.

And his best wins were over smaller men who came up from light heavy. And a geriatric joe louis.

Based on what? On Marciano going life and death with former welter and middle weights?

What is the best career heavyweight he beat outside of geriatric joe louis?

Lol, I'm pretty sure all those guys except Louis we're number one contenders for the title at the time they fought Marciano. Louis, the lone exception had worked his way back into the top 10 by beating other highly ranked fighters. Your theory carries no weight.

lol what bítch? I don't give a fùck, I know what I see and Marciano was a bumskeet. If you want to suck a mans **** because he lives next to you, hey man whatever but dont come in here telling me what I know to be a fact.

You local yokels get caught up repping people from around the way because in your warped version of reality you think that makes YOU special.

Rocky is from here and I live close by so if Rocky is the greatest, that means I live in a land of legends. So that makes me kind of special!!!

It doesn't, it doesnt make you shít but a gayboy who's hot for another mans ****.

I bet you suck Haglers **** too right?

This is the real reason why Marciano retired, young blood coming up into the mix (plenty of cats). Old ass Moore dropped Rocky like a sack of shít and 14 months later, Patterson ends Moore like he stepped on treadmill going 20mph.
