Direct TV lists that channel as 404, which is part of a Spanish package. But I will take your suggestion and look though the locals to see if I can pick it up there. Thanks.

have you seen him fight,,, the guy has power,, especially at 160,, when he was higher in weight at 175 and 168,, he looked powerful but really didnt have that pop like stevenson has,,,, but at 160 from what iv seen of him over his last few fights since he has comeback, it looks like he has serious power, Of course he hasnt beaten anyone of note yet, but i think its safe to assume that he hits really hard,, its basically the only thing he has going for him,,, he doesnt have the proper skills though to be effective at the highest levels

Nice body shots by Golovkin in this fight. What did you guys think of it?

Brutal. In relation to this thread, I was thinking about Mike McCallum.

              That's what I don't understand either.

Stevens obviously has solid pop but how can you be deemed a "huge puncher" when he hasn't even fought anyone who can take a punch, outside of Golovkin.

We have people saying he's one of the hardest punching MW's in the world.

It's like you don't need to see things happen anymore for it be a legitimate.

I dont understand how you cant say stevens isnt a big puncher,,, GGG is obviously the biggest puncher,, quillen is up there as well, but outside of those 2, stevens hits as hard as anyone,,, Even GGG knew the guy was a huge puncher, hence why GGG didnt go all out for the ko, and was patient,,, he didnt want to get caught,, Its safe to assume that GGG and his camp would have a better idea that stevens is a big puncher than us,,,, Its safe to assume that stevens is a big puncher,,, he just doesnt have the skill set to setup his shots like a ggg or quillen can,,

I thought this was a fun fight, and was pretty good action,,, your right about the mccallum comparison,,, GGG was delivering some wicked body shots that totally zapped stevens of his strength,, i thought stevens performed well in spots, he was just outclassed by ggg,,,,,

Here are my take-aways from this card..

                  1. Those heavys on the undercard were fun to watch, but i dont see them ever being top 5 guys,,, Irish mike looks to be the new eddie chambers of the division,, he will pull some upsets, but i dont think he beating anyone like klits, or pulev anytime soon,,,

                  2. The blueprint to beat GGG was shown last night in rds 4, 5,,, GGG is great coming forward, but he has zero head movement when going back, and has a tendency to go straight back ala jermain taylor, and doesnt really step off when going backwards,,

                  3. Blueprint for GGG-- Get off first, and make him go backwards,,, Dont let him walk you down with that heavy jab and set up shop,,,, You must get off first and make him go back, hopefully in a straight line, I dont think GGG has very good counter punching and defense when going backwards,, He does not slip punches very well and seems to stand straight up in the heat of the action, nobody has really caught him yet when he does that, but he i have seen him in the rosado and stevens fight, stand straight up when throwing some combos,, stevens was able to land some solid shots in rds 4,5

                  4. Safe to say now that GGG has a good chin,, stevens caught him flush a few times and ggg didnt buckle,, That was one of my question marks for ggg but he has shown he can take good punches,,, I still wonder about his stamina late in a tough fight, but he seemed to be really relaxed in this fight as compared to when he fought rosado or proska,,,

                  5. GGG reminds me of vassily jirov- defensively,,,,, GGG is a much better puncher and technician, but he does the same thing the jirov use to do, stand up in exchanges, and go straight back,, not alot of head movement,, I can see ggg being in trouble if he ever fought a guy like james toney that can make you miss and counter,,

Since when does throwing body shots warrant a comparison to Mike McCallum?

Golovkin really doesn't impress me at all, fortunately for him he doesn't have any legit competition for the time being.
