Lampley, Steward, Merchant and Lederman I consider boarderline morons. Alway's so biased it's untrue.

The primetime coverage were also biased (Khan and Bob Sheridan) but they, atleast, scored the fight for Marquez even with their clear bias.

The only rounds I thought were definitely Pac's were 3 and 6 but even then they weren't astonishingly clear IMO.

Some close rounds also but in all of those rounds Marquez landed the cleaner puncher. Infact, in pretty much every round he landed the cleaner punches.

I see this fight as pretty much the first fight without the knockdowns.
I tried to get Primetime but it wouldnt work for some reason...

HBO is a far classier more professional outfit, our UK stuff looks cheap and nasty by comparison but all that counts for nothing if the commentators are ****riding and cant score a fight!

I havent heard Sheridan from last night but i usually like him, guys got passion. Heard Amir was god awful.... Least he knew who won though huh

      I find Bob Sheridan hilarious.

Did you watch the Mayweather-Ortiz fight on Primetime?

He was saying to Wayne McCullough; "I think they should call Mayweather 'The Black Widow' because he wraps his opponents up in his web and dictates everything" Or something along those lines.

Then, in the next round, when he was commentating he was like "And it's Floyd 'The Black Widow' Mayweather putting the pressure on Ortiz"

The guy just thought **** it, I'm going to change his nickname and refer to him as it.

      I found it hilarious.

I like Bob though he's a good commetator and like you said his passion is immense.

Amir Khan on the other hand is absolutely terrible.

He was pretty wretched, but at least he was honest. He was quite clear that he scored it for Marquez. Admirable, considering they're bffs.

Yeah i heard Khan was wank but had it for our boy Juan

Was meaning the Prescott fight tho homie, The Colombian laid him cold and hasnt shut up about it since (cant blame him, its why he's relevant) so was Amir bitter in his commentating, any jokes made about it, anything worth mentioning? Or just a crap commentator lol...

To be honest, I was really drunk so I don't remember all of the Prescott fight. I remember pointing out to my (non-boxing fan) friends that it was super awkward who was doing the commentary, so I imagine there was a bit of weirdness. I do remember that Khan wouldn't stop talking trash about Bradley though. Not that I blame him. Bradley is really a pedestrian fighter. Fast hands, decent skills but not enough to make up for his girly ass pillow hands.

During the main event Khan was continously repeating how sharp Pacquaio had looked in training (no doubt baffled by his disappointing performance that night). It was ok the first time he said it, but if you were taking shots everytime he did, you would have passed out before the decision was read.

                  • Round 1: 10-10. More looking than throwing in this round. Neither one did much. Nice little exchange at the end. Marquez controlled the pace

Round 2: 10-9 Marquez. Beautiful tactical round from a true Master Boxer. Good solid combinations, controlled the pace well.

Round 3: 10-9, Marquez. Marquez doesn't have his offense working so well YET, but Pacquiao can't land anything.

Round 4: 10-9 Marquez. Close round until the last ten seconds when Marquez found the range on a BIG right hand.

Round 5: 10-9 Marquez. Pac seriously has no idea how to attack. Marquez landed several very very hard shots in that round.

Round 6: 10-9 Pacquiao. Pac came alive this round. Marquez stood in front of him too much. Landed good shots, but Pac landed better.

Round 7: 10-9 Marquez. Marquez outlanded him at every turn in this round, highlighted by one massive right hand early on. Pac looks confused

Round 8: 10-9 Marquez. I'm repeating myself but this is tactical smothering by Marquez. He's just the superior technician.

Round 9: 10-9 Marquez. Pacquiao landed some but was soooooo open to the counter shots. Marquez landed some excellent counters w both hands

Round 10: 10-9 Pacquiao. Pac landed some serious stuff in that round, no joke. Marquez landed to. Hard round to score, but Pac won exchanges

Round 11: 10-9 Marquez. Pac started off strong, got over confident and got ripped the rest of the round. I was ready to give this one to Pac and then Marquez reminded everyone who the better fighter is. What a performance.

Round 12: 10-10. Looked like the first round. A lot of looking not many punches. Pac needed the knockout and he couldn't summon up the aggression.

118-112 for Marquez. Weird score with two even rounds but wow, this was a shameful robbery. What an awful decision.

Other than Round 3 which I felt was Pacquaio's most clear round, I had a similar card.

                      1. Pacquaio
                      2. Marquez
                      3. Pacquaio
                      4. Marquez
                      5. Marquez
                      6. Pacquaio
                      7. Marquez
                      8. Marquez
                      9. Marquez
                      10. Marquez
                      11. Marquez
                      12. Even.

                      117-112. Marquez.
