How is it trolling, the guy said Vitali looked bad against Sam peter and was exhausted, ive posted analysts from ESPN, The Guardian, ESB, and several boxing websites saying the exact opposite and he refuses to respond.

"From the outset he looked physically and technically the master of Peter, 28, and was soon dominating the contest as he scored repeatedly with his left jab and powerful hooks to the body and head, giving Peter little or no opportunity to display the much-vaunted power that he earlier boasted would prove Klitschko was no more than a phoney."

"Vitali Klitschko, showing few signs of ring-rust after an absence of almost four years, regained the World Boxing Council heavyweight title impressively on Saturday night, when he forced Nigeria's Samuel Peter to retire on his stool after eight rounds of a one-sided fight in front of a sell-out crowd at the O2 Arena in Berlin."

This guy started trolling me saying I didnt know what I was talking about. He cant post one article or anythign saying Vitali looked bad against Peter.

And I didnt start this thread which clearly was started to anger Klitschko fans. Now thats trolling.

Oh and how often has Klitschko been hit by a combo or a left hook. He doesnt keep his hands up and has great vision and reflexes and even when hit he never gets the full brunt of the attack. Its the short straight left that has caused him more problems in his career than anything. Left hooks he has batted away with ease. Dempsey would be absolutely no match for Klitschko and Vitali would have KO 1 or 2'ed him. Especially if no standing 8 count and wrestling. Vitali is a trained Sambo fighter, he'd toss someone 70 lbs lighter than him around the ring with ease. Hed the stand over them and hit them when they got up. The guy is mean and not afraid of anyone. We have video of him trying to fight like 50 congressmen at once.

Here's an idea my friend.....find one analyst who considered Peter a skilled fighter. Fact is he was a crude slugger in a weak division. Vitaly exposing him doesn't make either him nor Vitaly any better.

You said he was rusty and tired at the end. I quoted several articles that said, "showed little to no ring rust" and "wasnt even breathing heavy." Vitali breathes through his mouth early in fights. Why? I dont know, he often stops by round 6 or 7. He's not Wlad and has never gassed. People also say hes like prone to cuts...how? Because he was cut once? He got hit a few times by rights right after the Lewis fight and ntohing happened. Vitali is so brutal that even at 39 the only fighter who could beat him is his little brother.

Im not defending Sam Peter, never have I said Sam Peter was an ATG, im saying Vitali looked about as impressive as can be against Peter who maybe isnt the most skilled but is probably as skilled as a Shavers and packed a lot of power and Vitali just dismantled him. Other than Lewis who has gotten a big shot on Vitali? Sanders with that short left maybe. And that was Vitali being ****** and angry and not fighting his fight.

And heres my point, and then im going back to NSB where there isnt this nostalgic de-evolutionist theory, I did not make this thread. This thread was made by a Dempsey fan. All I hear abotu is how you guys dont want to discuss Klitschko, yet they are brought up every day on here by people saying they suck or would lose to everyone before them etc...Im merely defending a fighter I am a fan of. How is that trolling? You mean coming into a bait thread for people to bash Klitschko and defending him against people who say he would be KO'ed by Dempsey. That is not trolling, ban me for trolling when I make a thread "Wlad would beat Ali, Frazier and Foreman in the Same Night and the Go Home and Do Hayden 4 times"

I said it was an impessive performance but that he looked rusty and was tired in the end. I know what I saw and that was also the opinion of several Vitali fans on this board.

Forgive me for asking but have you seen the fight?

I am a big Vitali fan actually and has always been so. And my admiraion for Wlad is growing by the fight.

I just found he comparison between Willard and Vitali interesting. Particularly because I find Dempsey to be one of the worst match-ups possible for Vitali.

Sam Peter is terrible as far as boxing ability goes he would not even be a fringe contender if fighting during the 1990s

Peter isn't nearly as skilled as Shavers and only has slightly more stamina, but a much better chin. But that another debate.

I don't think anyone is saying V didn't win easily over Peter. My point though is that Lay off or no lay off any good fighter could look decent against the likes of Sam Peter, and Vitaly is in this day and age a good fighter. Peter being able to climb to the top of today heavyweight division just goes to show how far it has fallen and how little talent there really is in it.

Vitali's performances against the out of shape and one-dimensional Peter and Arreola fooled some people, but can anyone say they were impressed with him in the Sosnowski, Gomez and Kevin Johnson fights? I think those fights show that he is there to be taken if a true contender with real potential shows up, which might not happen in the current day and era. But that was the point of the thread, to put today's Vitali against a hungry, young contender like Dempsey of the Willard fight. It's not "trolling".

"Klitschko, 38, looked his age for most of the fight, throwing slow shots and having to rely mostly on his jab to control the younger 31-year-old Sosnowski."

"Klitschko seemed to tire somewhat when Sosnowski, 13 centimetres shorter and 23 pounds lighter than the champion, resumed his attack in the seventh and eighth rounds."

I can't see Sosnowski lasting 3 rounds with a prime Vitali.
