Yes,Muhammad Ali's jab was faster than Sugar Ray Robinson's jab.

I posted this for those who were talking about Ali's left jab.
A fast jab that would not have reached Vitali , fuck the boxrec stats , Vitali has a significantly longer effective range than Ali's , I don't care about your sources.

Yawn, someone measured Ali's useless wind makers! Boxing is not a wind maker contest. Never mention Ali's speed again unless you also mention his abysmal KOratio.

And why did you forget to cite the rest of that text:
Muhammad Ali was the most naturally gifted heavyweight champion in history. His phenomenal speed in his prime never ceases to amaze though who saw him or who have studied him on film. Ali's took only 6.5!! Faster than the fastest middleweights, Ali's extraordinary hand and foot speed allowed him to outspeed both his opponent's and his mistakes. Ali did everything wrong, holding his hands low and leaning away from punches. However, his uncanny sense of timing, distance and superb reflexes allowed him to avoid his opponent's punches.

Not only that you quoted someone's text as your own, this guy is one of the most spit-licking CLAYtons ever because Ali gets from pillar to post in nearly every of his fights (even the slowest punches don't miss), thus if you talk about reflexes then you need to rewatch some real footage of Ali, and not some "YouTube best scenes".

Sorry, but it's unique when "Ali goes Ape", noone "orang-utans" as perfect as Ali: Ali orang-utans with his raised arms (watch again the first round), neck-grabs, strangles the opponent, insults, pushes the head down with his hands.... EVERYTHING you would expect from a fight on the planet of the apes. The only thing that is missing from a perfect ape-performance is that Ali actually balances on the ropes, but I guess as a former light-heavyweight he is too overweight to do that (230lbs).

That's what I am talking about. So if Ali was such a defensive wizard with superb reflexes and lightning fast hands, how come he had to use his face and head as a punching bag so that his opponents would wear themselves out on it? What kind of ****** @ss strategy is it to lay on the ropes and let the other guy hit you until he tires himself out? But Ali did pay for that strategy, dearly I might add; he is now in a wheelchair unable to speak clrealy and not even able to feed himself.

And in terms of power? For a guy who was the bigger man in most of his fights, fighting light-heavyweights and cruisers when he himself was a heavyweight, he only managed to get a 60% KO ratio.

I am not sure how else you can explain it to these CLAYtons, knn, they are not going to get it.

Muhammad Ali - beats both, wlad by stoppage and vitali by decision
Larry Holmes - beats both, wlad by stoppage and vitali by decision

George Foreman - beats both by knockout
Joe Frazier - beats both by knockout
Sonny Liston - beats both by knockout

Ken Norton - beats wlad by decision, loses to vitali by knockout
Ron Lyle - loses to both by knockout, has a punchers chance against wlad
Ernie Shavers - has a good punchers chance against wlad, most likely gets outboxed and knocked out himself though, shavers knocks out vitali.

Jerry Quarry - havent seen enough of quarry to really know him as a fighter, but from what ive seen i wasnt impressed enough to say he would beat eighter klitschko. i could be wrong though.

The arms raised thing is a celebratory gesture done by hundreds of boxers, including your boyfriend. It's the victory pose, and its not unique to Ali...

What animal does Wladimir remind you of at the end of this picture? I cant tell if its a *****cat or a certain type of dog, but its definitely unique.

Oh, really? What does Ali celebrate in the first round against Jimmy Young while marching forward to deliver a punch?

Did you just post a snapshot of a fighter getting hit to make a cheap point? You are a hater.
