What about this? A young, 24 year old Hearns at 154. Does he look like he could ever have even been a WW? He's huge.

There are a couple of biased posters on here who have NO clue what they're talking about. Hagler was a small middleweight. I've met him and he wasn't an inch over 5'8" no matter what boxrec says. Hearns was able to carry his weight up to 175 without any problem. ANYBODY who says different has no idea what they're talking about.Originally posted by BennyST View PostWhat about this? Maybe this is the Hearns in which you can see he's obviously a former, and small, fragile, WW?
Or maybe years earlier when he was the 154 champion and fighting a natural MW James Schuler and was the bigger, stronger, more powerful fighter who looked, as Gil Glancy commented, like a natural LHW.

Mofo's done got Benny tearing down ANYTHING they can come up with. Don't mess with the man, he a source. I'll bet all my points says Benny shreds any argument on this subject. All we got to do is take it to a poll. Benny vs trolls.....who wins? ALL my points. Any brave souls out there?Originally posted by BennyST View PostMaybe this is the Hearns in which you can see he's obviously a former, and small, fragile, WW?

It's a funny discussion. Hearns was massive in every respect. His body was huge, his skills were huge, his power was even bigger and his heart was as great as anyone's.Originally posted by JAB5239 View PostThere are a couple of biased posters on here who have NO clue what they're talking about. Even though he can move from 147 to 175 and win titles off great champions in each of those divisions, plus more besides, and never once look the smaller former whatever-champion there are still some that call him a small fighter who wasn't really a 154, 160 pound fighter....
Or someone else who could even say he was a small, fragile welterweight?
Come on people!
