Corrales had a 70 reach and couldn't box, Hearns only real flaw was getting ****y and fighting with his hands down (he was sorta chinny too). He had a 78 reach and could box like no other, had a cutting jab. Corrales had some pop at 135, but Hearns power at 147 is p4p in the top 5.
Mayweather is not a big WW and it shows when he stood beside Mosley. Mayweather weighed in at 146 and he's not even known for putting on weight after a weigh in. Don't compare Floyd to Benitez, Floyd is technically much more sound on defense than Benitez. That said Floyd would need a miracle to beat Hearns, I can't see how he is going to counter Hearns's reach advantage and I don't think he has the power to really hurt Hearns.

Exhibit A: Check the last dozen seconds of round 2 with Hearns. He made Hearns Miss 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 punches consecutively, embed the YT link and see that display if I am lying.

Corrales, probably in the top 10 p4p of the last decade. Probably. Hearns, top three all time. It's no comparison. Hearns carried his power through middleweight...did you see him rock Marvin Hagler? Because I did. I also saw Corrales fail to dent Clottey even once when they fought. And Clottey is real, real tough, but he's not even close to Marvin Hagler. Marvin Hagler was like the Thing, true story.
