he broke his hand in the early rounds, fought the whole fight basicly with one hand. that was the first time he ever broke his hand too so he didnt have any experience dealing with it, emanuel steward said it was the worst broken hand he ever saw.. that the bones were almost poking through the skin, probably looked like a god damn circus tent.

he didnt have his deadly right so he used the jab and outboxed the boxer with just one hand.

So what happens when he breaks both hands against Mayweather?

You suspect but you have no proof. In 162 fights with more than 100 ko's Saddler was DQ'd 1 time. Im gonna say this respectfully...the truth is Ron you know very, very little of Saddler to make this judgment. The "Ring" magazine had Saddler ranked the 5th best puncher all time in 2003. '03 is after Corrales did his biggest damage as a fighter, but he wasn't on that list. I'd venture to say the committee put together to vote on the 100 greatest punchers would have been quite a bit more knowledgeable than yourself. I think its amusing how you try and discredit and dismiss fighters you don't know about. Don't you think it would be wiser to learn from those who know rather than argue something you aren't versed in?

call me new school, but i could care less about somebodys opionion.i have my own brain and enjoy using it.i take the opinion of my own eyes higher than anybody elses, ring mag included.when it comes to sports,i do research through video.im actually a camera man for a living.with that said, mechanics are mechanics.thats whats there to be broken down.with that bein said

there is absolutely nothin to suggest, based off of mechanics that this guy is a power puncher.his legs are tiny, and he lunges with his hand sweeping up.most of his punches he brings up from below the waist.he has his arms flailing out like a damn mummy.those are poor mechanics.period.end of story.if you dont understand punch mechanics then you need to study less books and more video

this an example of what proper powr punching looks like.

notice the range which the power comes from.a hook should start from the chest not the shoulders.

so again, from my own 2 eyes, theres nothing to suggest that saddler was a hard puncher, but there is plenty to suggest he would foul his way through any fight.and just 1 simple question should be the end of this.in terms of sports, what is more valuable, and more reliable as evidence.video or book?

Lol, I've actually fought in the ring before so I know just a little bit about it. That said.....you could have possibly been describing the hardest heavyweight puncher of all time, George Foreman. He must be the exception though, right. Oh, and Saddler uncle (I believe), **** Saddler, trained Foreman. Hmmmm.

like i thought.mechanics are mechanics brother.if youve been on the ring, you should understand the anatomy of a good punch.and you shuld at leasr be able to admit sandy has poor punch mechanics

Hearns by decision. I think he would be a too tall and rangy for Mayweather to get to him, Hearns knew how to work behind his jab to maximize his height and range. He's not that much slower than Mayweather and had much better power, the advantage Mayweather has over Hearns is smarts but I don't think that would be enough.

I could see Mayweather hitting the canvas once or twice in the fight.

I understand why people are picking Hearns by UD, but it depends on whether he fights to win (he gets KO'd) or tries to fight safety first (UD for Hearns).

Stylistically, this is the worst matchup for mayweather...hearns would destroy him,and even hearns himself said in the recent press conference that mayweather would be too small for leonard and hearns.
