Most boxing forums overwelmingly pick Muhammad Ali as the greatest Heavyweight Champion of all-time.About 90% of the posters pick Ali.

Most boxing ****zines, trainers, boxing writers, boxing fans pick Muhammad Ali as the greatest heavyweight of all-time.

Even in this boxing forum, most posters pick Ali over Louis.

You selectivly pick sources who favor Louis.

Louis had 25 consecutive defenses. Whats your point?

              Were they consecutive?

Actually he had 17 defenses. Don't try and make it out as a fact that he couldn't have lost had he not been stripped. Stick with the facts.

The ring ****zine picks Muhammad Ali as the greatest heavyweight of all-time.

This poll has Ali way out in front.

He needs to visit other foxing forums as well. All of them pick Ali as well.

Marciano cleaned out his division and left no doubts. I personally rank Holmes 6 or 7 spots higher than Marciano, but their were certainly question marks left during his title reign.

no, he didnt had 17, officially he had 19.
imo he lost his title against frazier in 71, therefore i count jerry quarry and bonavena also as 2 defenses.
ali vs bonavena was a 15 round fight btw.
