You conveniently left out that Langford was blind in one eye for the last 8 fights with Wills. Moyle described Wills as “much bigger and stronger” than Sam.

You keep wasting your time dribble when Wills himself said Dempsey never ducked him. You want to dispute the men who were really there because you are too stubborn to admit when you’ve been proven wrong. You love to quote Pollack so much but in his trilogy of Dempsey bios he outlines how Dempsey was willing to fight him and provided countless examples of obstacles that prevented the fight. None of which were Dempsey himself.

Keep copying and pasting your recycled posts from elsewhere and I’ll keep knocking them down with facts.
I posted the fights in which Langford and his opponents weighed in.
You accept the weights when you think they help your agenda, and discard those that contradict you.
Langford being blind in one eye after his1917 fight with Fulton has absolutely no relevance to how much he weighed in the fights .
You excuse Dempsey not fighting his number one challenger for years, because you are a fan boy.
You condemn Johnson for not defending against his black challengers, because you hate him.

Ive been proven wrong twice this week ,by Apples on his Marciano thread and Queenie on Usyk's managerial connections.

I readily admitted I was wrong to both of them.
Something you have neither the balls or the manners to do.
    You are a hating hypocrite.

Wills was interviewed in the 1950’s and expressed his respect for Dempsey and insisted Dempsey himself never ducked him. It was politics of the era that prevented the fight amongst other obstacles. But we have race-obsessed casuals here who are unable to apply context, and continue to try and pound round pegs into square holes by applying today’s social norms to those of over a century ago.
I posted the Jeffries thread, which by the way comes from Adam Pollack, the man whose work you consistently disparage as copy and paste jobs.

Wanting fairplay in the ring does not equate to regarding a man of colour as an equal.

Jeffries also referred to Johnson many times as a coon,a skunk, and a ******.

Jeffries also refused to shake Johnson's hand at the contract signing of their fight.

Jeffries also refused to shake Johnsons hand in the ring, either before or after the fight, and when Johnson went over to commiserate with him he was waved away.
Who was it who ascribed his defeat to drugged tea and allowed his name to be coupled with the accusation in ," Two Fisted Jeff ."

"Who said when there are no more white challengers to face, I shall retire.I will never take a chance on losing my title to a black man."
Who said," I am coming back to redeem the honour of the White race."

Racial bias from Black guys and libe Rralz??? Huh? Let's have a quick rundown of how this went:

        1. Dempsey was refusing to fight Black fighters EVEN BEFORE HE BECAME CHAMPION. That was on him.
--When he was accosted by Joe Jeannette about boxing him for charity, he stated, "I will fight any white man they put on, but I didn't agree to fight a colored boy."

        2. Dempsey drew the color-line a few times, and then also declared that he would not draw the color-line. Why was he waffling on his stance?

        3. I've already shown the poll where the public was with this fight. So how was it the times when the public was down?

        4. Promoters even wanted this fight. Even Rickard at one point wanted this fight and Dempsey ran off.

        5. Not only did Promoters and fans want the fight, boxing commissioners openly stated that they wanted the fight and that there was NO political enti-ties preventing it:

NY Commissioner Farley: ""The Walker law should be tossed into the Harlem River and boxing in this State should be buried forever if there exists any political or official reason for preventing a bout between Jack Dempsey and Harry Wills," said Chairman Farley. "I have heard it said that politics is responsible for the failure to bring Dempsey and Wills together. To those who have mentioned this to me I have replied that such a thought is ridiculous. I know of no political or official opposition to such a bout and I have talked with many prominent and powerful men on the subject. On the contrary, I find that there exists a general demand for the bout.

        Denies Official Opposition.
"I have always maintained that there is no foundation for the rumored official opposition to a mixed heavyweight title bout. Furthermore, if such opposition does develop, there will be a job vacant on this Commission. I would not be associated for a minute with a sport which does not observe the principles of fair play. The minute I am told that a Dempsey-Wills match is not to be sanctioned, that is the minute I quit the executive end of boxing and the game as a sport."

        6. Dempsey himself broke that Wills contract. No political enti-ty forced him to do so.

So let me get this straight: Wills wanted it, the people wanted it, promoters wanted it, commissioners wanted it and outright said there were no officials barring it....

yet "Black guys and Lib Rer Alz" just made this up????

Please explain. You are better than this.

I supposed NY Commissioner Farley was a transplant from the 21st century, because he's called straight up bullshlt on your claim while being right smack in the middle of it. You gonna accuse him of applying 21st century "thinking" to early 1900's reality?

The guy who had the Boxing Writers Association of America award for Honesty and Integrity named after him.....I suppose you'll accuse him of lying, hmmm?

NO POLITICAL OR OFFICIAL OPPOSITION TO THIS BOUT. He straight up stated Dempsey was ducking.

You're telling me that they refused to have this fight because after Johnson defeated Jeffries (a fight that Rickard is on record wanting a rematch of by the way), some enti-ty out there didn't want it held because White mobs went around attacking Black folks...? And wound up killing what was at most around 26 Black people....?

They didn't want it held to protect Black folks...?????

Yea ok. Not buying that with my 21st century thinking. Not at all.

              - - Nice to see you float the gaseous Farly and NY Commish that previous had prevented Harry from fighting the agreeable Dempsey organized by HarryFrazee and NY Yankee owner Ruppert for a Wills/Dempsey record purse Title Bout in Yankee Stadium.

              Odiferous gas is you.

At least 3 of us have asked you to show proof of this but you didn't reply. Why?

Langford was not a lean and mean 180 or 190, he was a bloated 180+ while Harry was a chiseled and muscular 220+ fighter. Even reaching as high as 235 in his fights. He had a 7 - 8” height advantage to go with his weight and strength. Ideal for a wrestler who relied on clinching, holding, and leaning his weight on opponents.

I’ve admitted I was wrong in posts, even wih you when I incorrectly said there were riots after Johnson defeated Burns, which I should have said was Jeffries. You corrected me (as you often love to do even when it’s something petty like a misspelling) just so you can be right at all costs. You’re a petty little man who can’t get along with anyone here or on the other site. You even have alts that you use to quote yourself and pat yourself on the back, that is psychotic.

Seems like more desperation on your part.
