Does anyone know what specifically or what might have gotten him banned?

Also Marchegiano wtf you are on a 12 post new acct??? Wtf did you do?

And are these nuked accts or just suspensions? I've only gotten suspended here once & it was like for 48hrs or some sh^t iirc.

There be no shelter here. The short is I treat staff exactly like I treat you and there's always that guy in a position that expects special treatment. Used to be Pump on my ass, banning me as soon as he noticed I'm back.



This is an example of the great transgression that is me. I got banned. I logged into an old account else where because that's usually where folks contact me when I am not here. There I saw Ivich there, we spoke to the situation. He lamented his ban and the lack of reasoning given for it. I told him I did not think it right he be banned and I'd do what I can to undo this.

What I am doing breaks multiple rules. Apparently. I don't actually give a **** though. They figure out some dumbass reason to ban Pandas and you can bet yer ass, banned or not, I'll be here to say that was ****ed up.

Ivich did not ask me to do this and I do not know he'd even use the account if the ban was lifted , BUT, I do know should actions be reversed the posts under the Ivich account restored means knowledge also restored to these threads.



For example, Ivich never needs to post again for his list of boxing books to matter to any investigator of the histories. It's always there and it is a timeless post that holds value as long as the forum remains. That's my beef. That is how I catch so many bans. I be a **** house for my brothers' honor.

I've used the contact us feature requesting the ban be lifted. Don't know if it will do any good, but I'd encourage others to do so as well. Bat who mods this section and I have argued about the Klitschkos for years and our differing opinions. It's gotten heated at times. But at the end of the day we don't go out of our way to take opposing stances on other topics because we vehemently disagree on another. If a poster main objective here is to talk boxing and share information and knowledge they should not be banned. If they are banned they should be given the reason why or else we're right back to **** Germany. My two cents.

I have to take a bit of time to collect my thoughts for an email otherwise I'm likely to send one of my famous world salads.

I am proud, at least, that the section itself has mostly shown fraternity. I'm glad you guys get it. Even if we fail totally this sort of willy nilly banning shouldn't go without so much as an objection. I'm proud and glad so many have objected with me.

We can only wonder how many of us are gone and will not be hiding in new names.

It's about 2 decades late to start moderating this place properly. Race wars, flamewars etc. Why start now all of a sudden?

On the one hand, it was nice people could express all kinds of opinions and points of view. On the other, hygiene is always good, but it is usually applied that way - no freedom of speech.

I somehow doubt that this has anything to do with moderation of the forums, but rather the inevitable change in reporting when quality writers such as Cliff Rold and Jake Donovan got axed.

You're right. What I meant was that with the new ownership also come new standards and new guidelines for moderators (which may not always be so permissive). I noticed that people in the Lounge complained about several threads being removed.

New ownership and apparently the forum is now being moderated by AI. We've asked for some posting rules or guidelines but it appears they'll just stick to algorithms that automatically ban an account for an infraction they are unaware of.
