I did a bad job on this poll, I forgot Wilder, but now he is in. The poll only takes 10 entries, so I had to leave out non-champs. After the 5 winners of this poll are determined, another poll could consider the non-champ winners then combine them in a poll, and/or do it now as you have done.
    Nice bro, that'll be fun.

And FWIW, I just used PSI as a generic example of trying to explain that it isnt how hard they threw or landed in their fights, but rather their maximum potential of force.
Lewis was a beast and given Manny had to slap him to get him to KO tyson, I am sure he hits a lot harder outside of a fight too. That's a great choice my dude.

Yeah, I had gotten on a soapbox, that's my bad.

Rocky was a heavyweight back then but doesn't fall into that category for almost half a century so far. So as much as it is possible to tell who is, I am biased between him and Wilder (who might be a heavyweight, but he is a tall man of low weight).

Ali said that the hardest puncher he faced was Earnie Shavers. Slugfester maybe he should be in the poll, if possible.

Once this discussion runs it course, I'd love to see a similar question, but have it be P4P (as opposed to uncapped/Heavyweights)

I'd add Wilfredo Gomez as well. Great list though.

The poll is going dry but I am still hoping to accumulate 20 votes or so to induce a little more clustering to work with. Collar a stranger someone.

                    Come one, come all!

Can someone call Dr Z? Is it his shyness or just that Ivich has not said much yet? He could be ill. Or he may not be the boxing researcher or fan he leads on to be. He is supposed to have a strong opinion and come to the aid of his boys. There is one more thing I can try.

Ivich, will you please say something you feel certain is true? Choose well.

                    Come walk-in, come fanboy!
                    Come troll, come Alt!

                    We need ten votes.

Come, card carrying shrunken head clubbers! Exercise your precious rights.

Come size mongers, Come boxing evolution hounds!
