I would like to read Queen B's take on him too. If you want me to review him in this thread, I will.
Valuev not Carnera! Carnera was a physical marvel, unless I am missing something?

As far as I know Valuev did not duck much. Well he ducked Vitaly K. But did fight a lot of ranked contenders.

        - - Carnera had a better career than the many HOFers he fought in their shared era, beating many, a permanent stain on the IBHOF.

Valuev was quite popular in Russia to end up an elected representative of his district as well as hosting a popular kid's show. Sadly he was a DKing fighter who signed him after his world tour where he would go into the local favorite's backyard and BTFO of him.

King took his to Germany remaking him into The Beast from the East, that he hated. Beat all the DKing fighters like Ruiz, Field, ie whom ever King put in front of him. Haye didn't beat him anymore than Chagaev did, but rather they rode the ropes for an orchestrated UD as survivors. Both Chagaev and Haye became DKIng fighters ducking the rematch to be sacrificed down the road. Eventually King forced them to fight Wlad where they were humilitated. After Haye, Valuev retired for his surgery to save his life and then went on a much publicized expedition to find BigFoot.......epic!!!

So, by the end, King killed Vit overtures for extended lucre down the road because Vit wouldn't give up his independence from King. Vit would likely outbox Valuev for a wide decision, but it woulda been interesting to see how he dealt with Niko's immense strength capable of throwing him to the canvas.

Your well researched on Valuev, my compliments. More of this for some of your other pronouncements, perhaps as an early christmas gift?

QueensburyRules was once a consistently excellent poster, and retains this capacity when the mood strikes him. I like his brand. His trolling is sometimes fun too. Not always. Dr. Z is another example of value erosion. It's a thing.

It is true... I consider the Queen B a net positive for the section, trolling and all, he apparently has been posting a while, a lot longer than I have lol. He earned it. I hear there were legendary battles on the AOL board with the Queen B.

I don't know what it is with the good doctor... I do not think he consciously says to himself "Gee the board is full of idiots, I will just move a few goal posts (grunts, strains) over here!!!! Unfortunately one sign of being at least somewhat intellectually lacking, is to assume people will not notice when you are employing some strategy to make a point that cannot be made on its own merits. I see a few variations of this and do not know why it occurs.

1bad65 (?) starts using rational terms one day out of the blue, just totally in a wrong way (strawman)... and it happens out of the blue...Dr Z and his goalposts... I mean I do not know what people are thinking, why they act in this fashion, I assume they know better, maybe not.
