Did Sugar Ray Robinson avoid the black murder's row?

Having read Harry Otty's book on Charley Burley and the Murderers Row,and Springs Toledo's Murderers Row and the comments Eddie Futch and Archie Moore made about them,I believe they were all excellent fighters, and several of them great ones.
However chronologically their primes were before Robinson's own peak.
None of them were ranked in any division when Robinson was champion ,those that were briefly ranked at Welterweight when Robinson was had men ranked above them that Robinson fought and beat.

I contend that you cannot be accused of ducking a man if he is not in your weight class,nor is he ranked, and that was the case with all these men after 1942 .In1942 Robinson was in his 2nd year as a pro and 21 years old.
Robinson did not win the Welterweight title until December 20th 1946,by then
Booker
Bolden
Marshall
Moore
Chase
Were all ranked light heavies , it is therefore totally ridiculous to accuse Robinson of ducking these men who were ranked 2 divisions above him.
The OP of this thread has a well documented history of tearing down great fighters with false narratives.

These include the following.
Joe Louis, because he was mob managed was the beneficiary of several crooked decisions.

Lennox Lewis avoided southpaws.

Jack Dempsey had a foreign object in his glove when he fought Willard.

Film of the Dempsey v Firpo fight was edited to cut out some of the time Dempsey was out of the ring.

Jack Johnson refused to fight.McVey,Jeannette,and Langford when he became champion.

Carlos Monzon preyed on smaller men,did not meet punchers, and was floored by Jorge Fernandez.

The Jeffries v Corbett first fight was very close at the time of the ko.

The Ruhlin v Fitzsimmons fight was filmed.

The Johnson v Moran fight was close.

The Johnson v Flynn second fight was close.

Johnson was tko'd by GunBoat Smith in an exhibition.

All of these have been disproved, but will be repeated by him at every opportunity.

You will notice Jack Johnson comes in for more than his share of this muck spreading this is because he is the fighter Dr Z hates the most.

I believe that Burley was appreciated for his talent but he didn't have a crowd pleasing style.

Perhaps that is why Ray Robinson slugged more than he should have. In a later era he could probably stunk the joint out especially at Welterweight if he wanted to. He was an attraction for a reason.

Harold Johnson, Archie Moore's nemesis was a great fighter but never a draw, it was said of him by a match maker ,"Harold represents perfection,and there is no room in this sport for perfection."

Once champion Moore was reluctant to fight Johnson as he said," Harold makes you do all the work,and he can't draw his breathe at the gate." Burley's biggest purse was under $3000,fighters with just a quarter of his talent made more.
