Any linguistics experts here? I was curious if any language provides a short phrase meaning "The dumbest thread titles attract the most responses".

Try being inconsistent with your opinions, they may like that better. I guess no one noticed that you are a member of a boxing forum and there was a thread about James Toney up. Be inconsistent, son, and please them.
As for being old, you find out things you cannot learn any other way, as everybody is going to see.

Toney is best appreciated by those who know the sport well and can see things he did that made him a special talent. With the bastard maker his record reflects what he accomplished. Both guys were incredible talents.wpdougie2180

What troubles me about Holyfield was his obvious use of PEDs and how many of his wins may have been contributed to his steroid use. Not that Toney isn't suspect with his win over Ruiz and ultimately ruled an NC due to failed drug test, but I'd say PEDs were a part of Holyfield's regiment for most of his career. How much of an edge did that give him? We'll never know.

The main difference here is that, whilst his use was probably more obvious, Holyfield never got caught.
All(up to certain points in history) of your favorite heavyweights of the past were using. Most just weren't as good as Holyfield. Including ear biter.

on his best night Toney is p4p better imo
even the night he lost to Jones, if you shut the commentating off you realize Toney is just gassed and Jones is just doing stuff to sell the fight to the judges. Toney was making Jones miss almost everything. I think its the hardest style for Toney if you run from him like Jones did (took 2 minutes off each round) but still, always factor in that Jones was in far superior condition than Toney.
He funked up for himself before the bell ever rang.
Somebody had said that James didn't train hard, I have to disagree. At Galaxy he was always busting his ass working hard. I never saw him in there not dripping sweat.
About the question posed, I would have to say that I can't say right now. As I must look over boths records. ...................Rockin'
