Round Robin. Dempsey,Louis,Marciano.Tyson.Who Comes Out On Top?

These 4 terrific ****ers meet each other in a 15 rds round robin.
Who wins the most fights ?
    How do they win them?
    Does anyone win them all?
    Who wins the least?
All fighters have sufficient time to recuperate and heal between fights.
All fighters are in their prime, whenever you think that was.
1950s rules with the neutral corner rule enforced.
    What do you think?
Fighters Changed The 4 Now Are Dempsey.Marciano.Frazier.Tyson.

#42 --> i.e. Anything you want it to be.

Whoever lands clean first has a shot at winning that fight.

I would expect the results to be different each time they were matched.

I'll probably catch **** for this, but I'll say it anyway.

People make excuses for why undefeated champions were undefeated. Whether you talk Marciano, Mayweather, or a serious old timer like Barry there's always a reason and little respect is given to a man who refused to lose.

That said, I respect a man's refusal to lose. Marciano find a way like he always did. Out matched, out sized, out classed, makes no difference. The others have losses that show there's something definitive that can be exploited. Marciano's not exploitable and if you disagree it's because you mother didn't love you.

          - - Boxing was never designed to be round robin, and point in fact recovery times will vary between fighters leaving the healthy fighter with down time he don't need.

At any rate, prime Tyson with his HOF team as near as unbeatable as can be had.

Liked how you kept Ali out of the discussion.

I stipulated that all 4 would be given sufficient time to recover and recuperate from each fight . It goes without saying,or should do, that each would require different amounts of time , so all would be on a level playing field.
I kept Ali out of the discussion because I wanted to match, go forward, attacking punchers against each other.
Louis was more a puncher boxer than the other 3 ,but he was as near to the other three stylistically as suited my purposes.
I didn't exclude Ali for any other reason than he did not fit my criteria.
If you dislike my format you don't have to participate further.
Its just a bit of fun trying to stimulate debate .
We have had over 40 pages of Vitali Klitschko who, whatever his virtues may have been, was never that scintillating a performer imo , and I thought we might like a rest and a change of direction.

Who wins the most fights ? - Marciano always finds a way to win.
How do they win them? - Grim determination, granite chin, dynamite in both hands; KOs because he's not out pointing anyone here.
Does anyone win them all? - Marciano always finds a way to win.
Who wins the least? - Dempsey, he doesn't fight black men and Marciano always finds a way to win.

              What do you think?
I answered the vague one "What do you think" I think in my first post. Bold in the quote are my answers to the others. reformatted to suit myself.

This is probably wrong to do in someone else's fantasy thread but let me just put these changes out there:

              Swap Louis for Frazier

              Swap Marciano for Jeffries.

I think Frazier is an excellent substitute for Louis,I don't know why I didn't think of him first? I will edit my thread.
Keeping Rocky in there as he was more of a front foot swarmer type than Jeffries ,and putting in Jeff invites
comments such as he was too long ago, styles have radically changed etc. Thanks for the suggestion.

No, keep Marciano; bring in Frazier for Louis, or maybe Foreman.

Four guys who can't say no to trading if it's pushed on them; Louis would probably box too much, take all the fun out of it.

All these match-ups should end inside of three rounds.

I can't give a clear headed opinion because I'm too big a Dempsey fan.

As is, Queenie is probably right; at least I wouldn't want to bet against Tyson. (Unless maybe you brought in Big George. Tyson and upper cuts don't mix and Big George had a big one.)

I like the idea of Liston being involved here. Bit by criteria I'll go with Tyson.
