It's in direct response to what I quoted, about fighting Cotto at 145 and not 147.
    I recognized that . . . I just don't think much of the source.

I believe he is one of those guys (second/trainer) that wants people to believe the fighter wouldn't be great if it wasn't for him.

As in . . . He (Atlas) is somehow responsible for the victory because of those two lousy pounds.

His type, know no end to inflating their importance.

The fact he then fought him at 147 coming off two bad performances doesn't support what you're trying to argue it actually does the opposite.
      - - At what time? ABCD #1, Ring, BS, Boxrec, ESPN? Any clues as to what you be mumbojumbo about?

Manny did better than l'l floydy and at the height of cleaning out the welters making the division right ever since l'l floydy quit Oscar and Manny and ducked everyone else with a pulse.

Better results vs Hatton and Marquez and at 40 beat up prime age 30 WBA mandatory Thurman that l'l floydy ducked.

So far you been ducking on par wif l'l floydy.

At that time, when Mosley went to the Wild Card and enquired about the fight with Pacquaio with Freddie Roach and he said not at 147 because you're too good.

At that time he was #1 in the division having just beaten Margarito.

          - - Promoters make fights, not fighters and opposing trainers. Shaky Freddie changes his mind 100x every day, but Manny had just beat Oscar and now targeting a new weightclass of 140lb champ Hatton. with the goal of l'l floydy, both bigger fights than Mosley who ended up fighting l'l floydy long before before Manny. After a good start, he melted, so are Manny fans whining Mosley didn't fight Manny instead?

Of course not. These guys ain't your puppets and a good thing because they'd retire with no more than pocket change under you.

            Wrong.

Pacquaio had already beaten Hatton when the Mosley fight was on the table, when Mosley was #1 at WW, when he went to the Wild Card gym to discuss the potential fight personally.

Which was when Freddie Roach said there's no way they'll fight Mosley at 147 because Mosley is "too good". But at a catch weight of 143 lbs, they would.

Years later after his loss to Mayweather and draw with Sergio Mora, they went ahead with the fight at 147.
Exactly. Pac was matched perfectly once he got to 147

                - - Go argue with yourself. YOU gave the timeline of Mosley/Marg, not I, but at any rate Arum made an in house fight with Cotto who already beat Mosley.

No, you replied to me in a discussion I was having with someone with else about the fact that Pacquaio's team openly admitted to not being willing to fight Mosley at the 147 limit at the time when he was the #1 fighter at WW.

                    - - Don't matter what Freddie say if Manny was targeting a new weight class with a bigger name than Mosley. If Mosely wanted the fight, should have his promoter line it up, not a trainer who has no say so as to who Manny fights.

OK, so you don't know how boxing works. We get it and it's ok.

Which part of he'd already fought Hatton are you not understanding?

Mosley went to the Wild Card to meet about a proposed fight with Pacquaio. Freddie Roach at that time had a big say in Pacquaio's career.

When enquiring about the fight, Roach said 147 was absolutely not an option but they'd consider 143, Mosley responded by saying they fought Oscar at 147 and Roach replied by saying "You're too good to fight at 147 at this time".

That's from the horses mouth and a fact of the matter.
