But here is something for YOU and anyone who thinks that Boxing is similar to field sports in terms of quality of play evolution:

As we all know, Mike Tyson was soundly beaten by
Evender Holyfield in 1996 > who Was beaten by
Michael Moorer in 1994 > who Was beaten by
George Foreman in 1994 > who Was beaten by
Muhammad Ali in 1974 > who Was beaten by
Ken Norton in 1973 > who Was beaten by
Jose Luis Garcia in 1970 > who Was beaten by
Vicente Rondon in 1969 > who Was beaten by
Bob Foster in 1972 > who Was beaten by
Zora Folley in 1965 > who Was beaten by
Johnny Summerlin in 1955 > who Was beaten by
Wes Bascom in 1951 > who Was beaten by
Jimmy Bivens in 1952 > who Was beaten by
Joe Louis in 1951 > who Was beaten by
Max Schmeling in 1936 > who Was beaten by
Jack Sharkey in 1932 > who Was beaten by
Jack Dempsey in 1927 > who Was beaten by
Jim Flynn in 1918 > who Was beaten by
Jack Johnson in 1907 > who Was beaten by
Joe Choynski in 1901 > who Was beaten by
Gentlemam Jim Corbett !!!!! .....In 1889!!

....So riddle me this: If fighers keep getting better every decade, how are these wins working backwards even possible dating back 133 years?
How???? If fighers just do noting but get better over time, how can you back up like this??

I'll tell you how. Its because facts don't care about your feelings.

Class dismissed - See you Next time.

    -Professor Will O'.
    holy **** great work

Well sure, but going frontwards is easy! Besides, in each fight listed here, the winner was the younger fighter, with the exception of ageless Archie, who was born old.

I'm not quite sure, what you're saying here! Isn't this a trivia question, where we're supposed to find the shortest way to connect two boxers, through wins (or losses)? Or is there another meaning to this, that I'm not getting?

Willow I see it now lol... Just a suggestion. Explain exactly what you did. I am assuming that if it took me a few minutes, it might take others a few and may even leave them wondering what you hoped to accomplish. Or maybe others will say "No, for you simps like Billeau figure it out! lol!" Either way very clever!!!

It's fun to try to do.

Great job by Wisp, but HWs are realistic. Who can get Hagler back to Ketchel?

I can't. I would need to give up hours on Boxrec.

Can you? Chasing the champions makes it easier but sometimes you got to go to contenders like Wisp did, to get there.

Me thinks MW is the second most famous weight class.

Yea, it's trivia, but for geeks like us its got great play to it.

P.S. Screw the whole moneytheman point being made, it's just a poorly functioning bot. . . . "Oh Fritz, for God's sake, just leave it alone."
