It''s just opinion though. I mean, he has alI Ali at 1, could Wilder knock Ali out an a given day? Of course he could. If Norton was awarded all 3 wins over Ali, as I thought he should have been, would anybody have Ali at 1? Not for me? Then different times. What happens Frazier vs Joshua? Hard to tell unless they are both in the ring together. I think there is a tendency to assume older fighters matchup very well with newer ones, but it's based on nostalgia above all else. Nash out.Comment

Usyk has exceeded Holyfield at heavyweight? Care to explain that one? Where I'm sitting, Evander fought and beat far better fighter than Usyk has so far at heavyweight. And at already 35 years old with only Fury and possibly Wilder to make his heavyweight resume stronger, time is running out. I like Usyk, but I doubt he'll surpass Holyfield as it pertains to heavyweight greatness.
No more pearls for U.Comment

Watching the styles of Frazier and Joshua, it doesn't take an historian or salty old coach to see that Joe would flatten Joshua inside of a few rounds. Joshua is a one-dimensional fighter who was out slugged by Ruiz and out boxed by Usyk. There is nothing in his arsenal to suggest he'd be successful against boxers who have fought much better opposition. Wilder on his best day would not be able to KO Ali. He telegraphs his punches and he's too wild and unpolished. A one-trick pony who relies solely on that big right hand.Comment

Yes, boxrec shows us Evander fought and beat much better heavyweights competition. AJ is Usyks best win at heavyweights and the jury is still out on how good he really is. I agree with boxrec that Joshua is the fourth best heavyweight right now, but I'd give whit a very good chance at beating him.Last edited by JAB5239; 06-22-2022, 03:45 PM.Comment

Well friends I guess the list is tight enough to engender some debate about head to head match-ups featuring it's contents. Cool. Lol.Comment
