Any law stating a 192lbs man cannot fight a modern heavyweight?

Another theory I have continually made about Marciano is that arms that short are hard to tie up and easier to get loose.

I have never seen a fighter that crouches and then leans to the right away from his opponent. Maybe other fighters do it for a second. This not a momentary move but a constant one for Rock. Moore said he was surprised at how hard it was to hit him with the lefhook.

I am a touch confused as usual.

If Rocky is leaning to his own right then he is placing himself away from his opponents right hand.

So is it that he is leaning right and simultaneously crowding his opponent that jams up the opponent's left hook and makes it hard to land?

Because at first blush it would seem leaning right sets you up to be hooked.

It is only a myth that Rocky is ALWAYS crowding. Leaning to his right puts Rock's head further from his opponent, period, since out of a boxer's stance a right hander's left side is already pointed toward his opponent. But you would have to ask Moore why he found it surprisingly difficult. If he had answered the question I would probably remember the answer.

For sure and the fact that hes 5 ft 10 and crouching even lower, this is something very difficult to deal with, esp if its not something typically done

                    - - The most interesting thing about Rocky's style is there was always a long line wanting to fight him because from the outside looking into the ring when he fought, other fighters just knew they could whoop someone that stubby, clumsy, and slow, but of course it never worked out for those fighters.

100 percent. Thats why its so irritating to see casuals spout off opinions. It was always the same thing too, first shot he lands and you can tell it surprises his oponents. Very concussive. They also start hesitating to throw because his stubby arms disguise his speed. Shorter distance travelled.
