I just remembered another fight that I’m shocked I didn’t bring up in the OP: Emmanuel Augustus vs Ray Oliviera.
Out of any of his other fights, this one had the most material for the Drunken Master’s highlight videos. I mean, it’s bonkers the sort of s*** Augustus was getting away with. You have to feel bad for Ray though. It’s unfortunate that he had to have his career cut down like that.

A few years ago I'm at the IBHOF inductions and I'm sitting at a table with Billy Backus, Pipino Cuavas and their wives. I'm thinking about what a beating Pipino gave Billy. Cuavas was murdering his WBA title challengers at the time and Backus, dethroned in his return with Napoles a few years earlier was challenging to regain. Pipino was a horror movie for Welterweights for a few years there. But if I had to pick just one, it was the brilliant and long suffering Eddie Machen taking that ill-advised trip over to Sweden to meet the young Viking Johansson. What sick beating that was! YouTube that one Children and tell me I chose poorly. The D3vil likes this.
