    1) I was born in north Philly
    2) I became an amateur boxer
    3) Tim Witherspoon trained me at one point
    4) I'm not white, or scrawny. In my best shape possible I'd be a Light Heavyweight who'd re-hydrate 10-15 lbs on fight night in a pro fight. In the amateurs I just go ahead and fight at Heavyweight.

You're also a consistent liar.I see you left that one out but then that would have contradicted your original post and made you out to be more of a dumbass than you already look. Now go play that silly little internet game child and leave the boxing discussion to the adults

Thats fair enough. Are you sure you are not giving Witherspoon a little more credit BECAUSE! he is your homie though ?

I personally did not score the fight so its difficult for me to compare rounds and say they should of gone this way or the other, but you know when you watch a fight without scoring it and sometime you can think a guy has won but if you DO score it and you tallly up your card and the other guy has actually won more rounds or as made the fight closer than you expected, well i dont think this fight was one of those instances. Larry Holmes looked like the winner of the fight to me at the end of the fight, he did more.

Am i wrong in saying that Holmes was consistently popping the jab throughout most of the rounds whilst Witherspoon was waiting looking for counter punching opportunities? i thought that was the story of the fight, Witherspoon could of won if he had put more pressure and threw more punches but he showed Larry too much respect and did not do enough throughout most of the rounds.

I'm actually beginning to feel sorry for you. You're so caught up in labeling people before you get to know them that if anything contradicts what you originally think of them, you choose the path of self deception rather than reconsideration.

As for the game in my signature, I advertise it because one of my best friends made it. I'm considerate like that.

My description of what I saw in the fight is in my long post. Just read it. Holmes used the jab more, but it largely was negated. And by negated I mean it was either slipped, dodged, or blocked. Witherspoon could have done more yes, but if he did the fight would have been Witherspoon by 6+ points in my eyes instead of 3.

I will watch it again and score it next time.

For the record, the official scoring was thus:

              Chuck Minker 115-113 Holmes
              Chuck Hassett 118-111 Holmes
              Herb Santos 114-115 Witherspoon

While the Hassett card is clearly out in the ether I don't see any real issue with the other two cards. I personally had Holmes winning by two points but since I'm not from Philly I'm not inclined to play up "the homie's" performance to make it seem like a robbery. Got to love the home-town bias factor with some posters.

                Uhese were the scorecards

judge: Bernie Friedkin 6-4 | judge: Al Reid 6-4 | judge: Tony Moret 8-2 (boxrec)

Tyson never got a gift decision, but he would probably of got one if the Douglas fight went the distance.

Get to know them? What the hell do you think this is dunce? Some kind of pen pal scheme? I've taken note of your shoddy posts on this forums long enough to consider you a dunce.

I labelled you one early one and I still feel the same way of you right now,So nothing you have done has contradicted what I said.If you want me to stop attacking you then it's pretty simple,Stop being such a god damn moron.

And yes I am sure you have friends,They say humans usually grow out of imaginary friends but whatever.Who am I to judge one's unusual behaviour,Perhaps you have your own personal demons that stem from childhood trauma.

                  Abuse perhaps?

How I scored the fight got **** to do with bias FOR the fighter. At best I have a bias for the Philly styles. My kinds of fighters are Georgie Benton, Jimmy Young, Tim Witherspoon, Harold Johnson, the sweet technicians. I score fights of guys not from Philly in similar ways. Like I had Mayweather beating Castillo in the first fight, and I had James Toney beating Montell Griffin both times. The second Griffin fight was an absolute abomination.
