That Wing chun bullshit isnt going to work against something as evolved as boxing. Boxers strive to become the best at what they do and as a result the sport is so refined and the training is so intense that it requires somone who is:
A) Better at boxing then manny
B) Trained specificly for taking down a stand-up fighter with the use of wrestling and/or hard, consistent leg kicks WITH the abiltiy to get out of the pocket quickly. Remember, you cant kick high against a fighter like Manny or you will be on your back pretty quickly.

I do think Valero will KO Katsidis, I am a beleiver in the concept of a chin being cracked, (The brain being more likely to shut down from a concussion if it has been shut down before is a medical fact). Hatton had his chin cracked and Katsidis by Casamayor.
Valero by KO because he is more well schooled and more powerful. Or less likely; Kats by KO due to more experience and better fundamentals. We musnt forget that Mick is a hard puncher too and could cause un upset.
