It's a different vibe they feel between Tito and Juan Ma. They say with Juan Ma, it goes even deeper than boxing. Well, the difference is that if they fought at 140, both of them that is, Mayweather would probably put on nearly ten pounds and go up to 150or pretty close.
If they fought at 147, after the lay off, Mayweather would come in at 147 and go up to 150 or well above easily. Marquez wouldn't even come in at 147 and wouldn't go above 147after the weigh in. So, Mayweather's weigh ins from years ago don't matter and his weigh ins at WW don't matter. He's fighting a guy who is really a natural FW or SFW still whereas Mayeather supposedly can't even make JWW anymore.

Yes, but JuanMa should have improved by leaps, as well. I think fundamentally, Juan Ma has less bad habits than Gamboa. He fights with more control and patience. I think Gamboa will try to impress and get careless. If JuanMa gets by Gerry, 2010 will be a big year for Juan Ma and I'm sorry to say, but he just might KO Gamboa if they fight in 2010.

Tito is a PROVEN fighter and future HOF. Juan Ma is JUST getting to the point of stardom and is possibly fighting his toughest opponent come this weekend. Cotto if anything is Puerto Rico's main focus as far as stars out of the country are concerned. Plus, Tito's adored by the majority of Puerto Ricans and is very prideful of Puerto Rico to say the least. In a few years we can possibly say the same about Juan Ma, but it's simply way too early.
