Too many adverts/commercials popping up on this forum. Does boxingscene need a sugar daddy not to rely on these rubbish pop-ups? Give them a call if you have some $$$ to spare to help them (and us) out.
There’s only one person left for Usyk now before retiring as an All Time Great.
And that name is: Ivan Drago
Usyk’s left hook needs to be put in a museum.
What a beaut.
Very nice summary of a great card.
For the HW division, I’d like to see
(Kabayel vs Dubois)against the winner of (Parker vs Usyk)
Parker deserves a first shot at Usyk.
As for Bakole, my favourite HW to watch; take on that AJ bout in Kinshasa.
That's how it is in the UK. Kiko Martinez jumped around the ring while Kid Galahad was lying on the canvas. The ref stopped him. Kiko's entourage won't even climb the ring to celebrate with the winner.
Completely agree with the reply above. This one was KO of the week last Saturday at a local soccer match (West Ham vs Chelsea). where one Chelsea fan was stupidly goading the home fans and was taken lights out, with the West Ham fans then cheering on.

114-114; 115-113; 116-112
If Bivol had won one of those last three rounds, it would have been a draw. That’s how close it was.
The Matador vs The Bull; Boxer vs Puncher.
Very apt descriptions.
The referee had an easy day today.
Well done both. Boxing is the winner today.
Extremely annoying subject. They claim they want the fight, yet both sides don't want to explore non-Saudi venues. Which makes the claim bogus. These reporters have no interest in asking Hearn, Finkel, Wilder why it can only happen in the oil-rich country. Annoying subject, annoying reporters covering it, everyone is annoying as F. They don't know what they want.
I think they want to be on the same gravy train card as Fury-Usyk; and supporting bringing in big US PPV numbers. Let’s see.
Dubois has slightly more than a puncher’s chance. But that’s pretty good odds if it’s couple with an out of form Usyk.
it will be home turf more or less for Usyk in Poland.
Good luck to them both.
Imagine throwing in the towel when your man is up by 5 rounds to 2 (as was the case on one of the judges’ scorecards).
Either you stopped it too early or the judge has been scoring the wrong fight.
I’d vote for the latter!
As someone said earlier, Great fight, terrible cards.
So, a total of 110 punches landed of which 62 were power punches (56%).
How does that compare to Eubank vs Benn last weekend? That was a total of 582 punches landed of which 407 were power punches (70%).
HR 70 110 (56%)
EB 407 582 (70%)
Haney is mailing it in. More worried about his ‘0’ than putting fans on seats in Times Square. We need a little more pressure on Haney to deliver for the fans.
Very nice summary. It will be hard for the heavyweight division to replace the two dance partners Usyk and Fury when they decide to call
it quits. Very technical with great engines and heart to match - world class.
Looking forward to Q1 2025, as there are some very good bouts scheduled.
Fury vs Usyk won’t bring big PPV numbers in the US. It would be just one big cash grab.
Put Wilder vs Joshua on the same card and now we’re talking big PPV numbers. Quarter share all round - I’m happy to support closing out contract agreements as an independent third party.
